Exhibition Details

Exhibition Stalls will be available in 3 options:

1. Gazebo with Shell Scheme

2. Gazebo – no shell scheme

3. Outdoors – no cover and no shell scheme

Shell Schemes

Gazebo’s stands have the option of a shell scheme or not.  In keeping with the theme of the exhibition, the shell scheme will be constructed out of wooden poles and hesian covering.   

Tables & Chairs

Each stand will be supplied with a single trestle table and 2 chairs.  Additional tables and chairs can be ordered.  (please see additional costs below)

Staffing of Exhibitions

Each stand will automatically receive free entry passes for 3 staff per stand.  Additional passes can be arranged beforehand at R20 per additional entry pass.

Please note that a standard Gazebo is 3 x 3m, and will not be allowed on the 2 x 2m stands.  Exhibitors selecting these stands will need to rely on the natural shade from the trees or will need to create their own innovative display with cover.
