Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Booking Policy: To ensure the best possible experience and availability, all reservations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your intended arrival or activity date. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated subject to availability - please contact us directly.

2. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of receipt. Your booking is only secured once you receive our confirmation email.

3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

5. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.

6. Liability: Wild About Hoedspruit acts as a booking agent and is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay or activity.

7. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be offered if we cannot provide suitable alternatives.

8. Privacy: Your personal information is protected and will only be used for booking purposes and communication related to your reservation.

9. Disputes: Any disputes will be governed by South African law.
