A Day at Nourish

Come and spend an unforgettable day with us enjoying some of the amazing culture that South Africa offers and immerse yourself into a local NPO, focussing on growing resilient wildlife communities, through Education, Entrepreneurships and Tourism

Come and be part of our morning activities, get to learn about our projects. From our Rise crèche , then going with Triad & Charity at our farm to harvest vegetables for your traditional lunch. Meet our grannies in their kitchen and help them and learn their traditional way of cooking. (Our Grannies cook more than 120 lunches per day for our staff and kids).

Then have the unique chance to immerse yourself into a local village, Sigagule, situated on Orpen Road. 

Walk through with our private guide from Sigagule, for a better understanding about his village, his Shangaan culture, their beliefs and folklore.

From the traditional mat weaving passed from one generation to another, to the traditional healer (Sangoma). Try the homemade peanut butter and the fresh artisanal beer for an entire immersion! Finish with a local meal to experience delicious local food.

Come back to Nourish to have a tour around the Eco village with one of our knowledgeable and passionate staff. And spend some fun time with our Green Kidz at our afterschool programme.
